Winter is here

The Feast of Winter Veil is a festive time of year during which players can sample delicious festive treats, playfully toss snowballs, and receive special holiday gifts! The Feast of Winter Veil is a reference to the end-of-year seasonal holiday of Christmas, featuring Greatfather Winter as an in-game version of Santa Claus.

During the Feast of Winter Veil players are sent on various quests, involving such adventures as rescuing a stolen reindeer and defeating Racksum Greep in order to retrieve a lost shipment of goodies! There are a number of special festival-only foods which players can purchase or prepare, ranging from delicious Gingerbread Cookie to the maybe-not-quite-so-delicious Graccu’s Mince Meat Fruitcake! As the festival nears its end, on the morning of December 25th (corresponding with Christmas Day) players can retrieve festive gifts from beneath tall, decorated trees found in Orgrimmar or Ironforge. These gifts contain seasonal, festival-only items and always includes a special item available only during that year’s festival!

  • For example, there are beading jewelry kits, stringing jewelry kits, and wire jewelry kits, just to name a few.

Common skills and techniques that must be learned include opening jump rings, cutting wire, wire working, stringing, and using jigs and pegs, just to name a few.

To be successful, a home office needs to be both functional and efficient. You are going to be working in this environment for several hours each day so it is important that you make it as comfortable as possible. You can design a practical and comfortable home office by taking a few steps towards finding the right space, furnishing it, and making it attractive and efficient.

Separate your workspace from the rest of your home. Create a barrier between yourself and the rest of your household. Store everything you need for your work in your office so you can be efficient in your space. Keep everything work related out of the rest of your home to help you maintain a work-life balance. Even if you live alone, you need a space that can help you create a work-life balance.

Make the most of your space. If you live in an apartment or small home without an extra room, you can still set up an efficient home office. Designate any separate space you can exclusively for work. This is better than working from your couch or bed.

  • Carve out a workspace in your closet by removing the doors and installing a small table, chair, shelves, and good lighting.
  • Put a desk, chair, shelving, and light sources in a corner of your kitchen or another room in the house.
  • Avoid working from your bedroom to maintain the best sense of work-life balance.

This is the 1st Column. The modern idea of a restaurant – as well as the term itself – appeared in Paris in the 18th century.[2] For centuries Paris had taverns which served food at large common tables, but they were notoriously crowded, noisy, not very clean, and served food of dubious quality – not very good at all. The main competitor to the Michelin guide in Europe is the guidebook series published by Gault Millau. Unlike the Michelin guide which takes the restaurant décor and service into consideration with its rating, Gault Millau only judges the quality of the food. Its ratings are on a scale of 1 to 20, with 20 being the highest.
This is the 2nd Column. In about 1765 a new kind of eating establishment, called a “Bouillon”, was opened on rue des Poulies, near the Louvre, by a man named Boulanger. It had separate tables, a menu, and specialized in soups made with a base of meat and eggs, which were said to be restaurants or, in English “restoratives”. Other similar bouillons soon opened around Paris.  Thanks to Boulanger and his imitators, these soups moved from the category of remedy into the category of health food and ultimately into the category of ordinary food….their existence was predicated on health, not gustatory, requirements.

Restaurant guides review restaurants, often ranking them or providing information to guide consumers (type of food, handicap accessibility, facilities, etc.). One of the most famous contemporary guides is the Michelin series of guides which accord from 1 to 3 stars to restaurants they perceive to be of high culinary merit. Restaurants with stars in the Michelin guide are formal, very expensive establishments.

This is the best restaurant I have ever visited. Great location and great food. The only minor downside are the prices which are pretty high but I guess quality comes with the price. - John Barbista
